A morning briefing across inbox, calendar and tasks

Each morning SI prepares a short briefing on today's meetings, urgent messages, overdue tasks and stalled deals.

The problem

Owners start the day reacting to whatever is on top of the inbox. Preparation for meetings happens in the car, and overdue items surface late.

What SI does

SI reads today's calendar, recent email, the task list and the CRM, and writes a short briefing: meetings with context on each attendee, messages that need a reply today, tasks overdue or due today, and deals or projects with no activity for a while. It is delivered at a set time by email or chat.

Examples

The same job looks different in different businesses. These are illustrations, not client results.

  • Owner of an HVAC company

The briefing lists two commercial bids due this week, a call with a supplier rep, and three customer complaints from yesterday.

  • Executive director of a nonprofit

Today's donor meeting comes with the donor's giving history and last conversation notes.

  • Financial advisor

Client meetings come with notes from the last review, and the list shows clients who emailed with questions.

What it takes to set up

Read access to calendar, email, tasks and CRM. Setup is often a day or two.

What a human still checks

  • The briefing is read-only; any follow-up action is approved.
  • Confidential threads can be excluded.
  • Content is reviewed after the first week and trimmed to what is useful.

Try it yourself

Paste this into your SI tool of choice and swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.
