Shopify · after Stocky (Aug 31, 2026)

Stocky shut down. I’ll turn your Shopify CSV dump into a weekly system.

I’m Yonatan Gemmi. If you ran Shopify inventory in Stocky and now have a CSV export in Sheets, I make that dump usable for the week. This is not a Stocky alternative app — not Prediko, not Klerio. It is a working weekly system on ChatGPT or Claude seats you already pay for.

  • 9+ years in ops
  • Multi-brand ecommerce
  • 95k+ items tracked

CSVs are a backup. They are not an OS.

Stocky was the place that told the team what to order, what was short, and what the supplier last said. A folder of exports does not do that. I turn the dump into a weekly view you can actually run — using Sheets and the ChatGPT or Claude seat you already pay for. Bring whatever you exported. We separate facts you still have from the operating knowledge that lived only in Stocky.

Usually still usable

What the export tends to keep

  • Product and variant SKUs
  • Vendor names
  • Purchase order history, if you exported it
  • On-hand counts, if you exported them
  • Shopify still has products, orders, and locations
Often missing

What frequently never left Stocky

  • Supplier notes: lead times, “don’t call Friday,” pack rules
  • Par levels / min-max that lived in Stocky fields
  • The weekly cadence Stocky used to enforce
  • Tribal knowledge that never had a column

What a usable weekly view looks like.

One place to run the week. Not a new inventory SaaS. A working sheet plus a short cadence: what is short, what is already inbound, what the supplier said, what to draft this week.

If pars never exported, we reconstruct what we can from history, side sheets, and the people who still remember — then give those numbers a home so they stop living in Slack.

This is not another inventory app.

I am not replacing Stocky with Prediko, Klerio, or a clone. If you want a full inventory product, buy one. If you want the dump to run the week — with notes and pars restored where they still exist, and a place to keep them where they don’t — that is this job.

Use seats you already pay for

ChatGPT or Claude is the model. Sheets is usually the working file. I set up the weekly system around those, not a new SKU you have to migrate into.

A cadence, not a dashboard trophy

The output is a Monday (or Friday) view the operator can run. What to order. What to wait on. What to ask the supplier.

Named setups, not a mystery quote

Starter and Operator Desk are the usual sizes for this job. A larger rebuild is Paid Discovery, then a written quote. Full prices →

Two named setups for this dump. A paid map if it is bigger.

These are the same Starter and Operator Desks on the pricing page, aimed at this job: your Stocky export, a weekly view, and the ChatGPT or Claude seat you already pay for. I keep the install explanation light here. The job is the dump, not a software tour.

Starter Desk

Dump → first working weekly view

$500 fixed

We take the export you have, make a first weekly view you can open, and walk through it so you can run next week without living in raw CSVs.

In

  • Your Stocky dump (and Shopify, if we need it)
  • A first working weekly view
  • A proof: you can see what to do this week
  • A short handoff

Out

  • Rebuilding pars across a large catalog
  • A standing weekly reorder workflow
  • Migrating you into Prediko, Klerio, or another app

Full Desk details, Care, tutoring, and payment methods are on the pricing page. You pay for your own ChatGPT, Claude, and app bills.

Clear scope before the build starts.

The tools depend on the dump. Before work starts, we agree on what I will fix, what you will get, what access I need, and who owns the result.

Good fit when

  • Stocky was the weekly OS and you now have CSVs
  • Supplier notes or par levels did not export
  • You need to order next week, not shop for another inventory app

What you receive

  • A working weekly view from the dump
  • A place for notes and pars that the CSV dropped
  • Handoff notes so you can run it

What I need from you

  • The export folder, however messy
  • The two weekly jobs Stocky used to do
  • An operator who still remembers pars or supplier rules, if those lived in heads

Engagement options

  • Starter Desk — $500
  • Operator Desk — $1,500
  • Paid Discovery — $2,000 if it is a rebuild

Questions about Stocky dump recovery.

Is this a Stocky replacement app?

No. I am not selling Prediko, Klerio, or another inventory product. If you want a full inventory app, buy one. This job is making the dump operable: a weekly view you can run with Sheets and the ChatGPT or Claude seat you already pay for.

Is this a Stocky alternative?

No. A Stocky alternative is another inventory app. This is recovery of the CSV export you already have after Stocky shut down — a weekly Shopify inventory view, not a new SKU system to migrate into.

Did supplier notes and par levels export from Stocky?

Often they did not. SKUs, vendors, and purchase orders usually survive in the CSV. Supplier notes and par levels often stayed in Stocky or in someone’s head. We recover what still exists and give the missing pieces a place to live.

I have a Stocky CSV export. Can you recover Shopify inventory from that?

Yes. SKUs, vendors, and purchase orders usually survive in the dump. I build a weekly reorder view from those files. This is not a Stocky replacement app.

Starter Desk, Operator Desk, or Paid Discovery?

Starter Desk is $500 for a first working weekly view from the dump. Operator Desk is $1,500 when you also need one defined weekly reorder workflow. If this is a bigger rebuild — many locations, messy vendors, reconstructing pars across a large catalog — that is Paid Discovery at $2,000, then a quoted build. Full prices.

Do I need a new SI subscription?

No. The usual setup uses ChatGPT or Claude, the seats you already pay for, around your files. You keep paying those bills. I set up the weekly system. Named Desk details are on the pricing page if you want them.
