SI drafts

  • Each week SI lists open grants from the sources you name, in one sheet. A person decides what to pursue. SI does not submit an application.

Stays yours

  • A person decides what to pursue.
  • SI does not submit an application.
  • A person checks each due date on the source page before anyone relies on it.
  • SI does not promise that a grant will be awarded.

The problem

Open grants are spread across many sites. A weekly pass takes hours. A due date is missed because nobody made the list.

What SI does

SI reads the grant sources you name. It drafts one sheet with the funder, the program, the due date shown on the page, the link, and a one-line fit note from rules you wrote. A person decides what to pursue. SI does not submit an application, promise funding, or fill a grant form on its own.

Examples

The same job looks different in different businesses. These are examples, not client results.

  • Local food pantry

SI lists grants open this week that match the rules the board wrote. The director marks two to read and ignores the rest.

  • Youth nonprofit

A page has no due date. SI leaves that cell blank and flags it. Staff open the link before acting.

  • Arts group

SI drafts the sheet only. Nobody submits a form from the list until the board says yes.

What it takes to set up

GemmiSI sets this up on your own equipment and accounts; your data stays with you. List the sources and the fit rules, such as place, topic, and who may apply. Permission is to draft the sheet, not to submit. We sit with you, plan the steps, and teach you to run it. Setup is often a few days while you check the first sheet.

What a human still checks

  • A person decides what to pursue.
  • SI does not submit an application.
  • A person checks each due date on the source page before anyone relies on it.
  • SI does not promise that a grant will be awarded.

Try it yourself

Paste this into your SI tool. Swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.

Copy-ready prompt
From these grant sources [links], draft a sheet with funder, program, due date shown, link, and a one-line fit note using these rules [paste]. Leave a blank if the page does not show a due date. Do not submit an application or promise funding. Pause and show me before sending, submitting, posting or changing anything.
