The problem

Instructors, trainers and teachers spend evenings building plans and quizzes from scratch. Feedback on written work is slow because there is so much of it.

What SI does

From your curriculum, textbook pages or training manual, SI drafts a lesson or session plan with goals, activities, timing and a short check for understanding. It creates quizzes at different levels with answer keys, and drafts first-pass feedback on written work against a rubric, which the instructor edits.
