Trip checklists and welcome-back notes

The problem

Each trip needs a checklist before departure and a note when people get home. Those messages get typed from the trip sheet at the last minute, or they are skipped.

What SI does

SI reads the trip sheet you already keep. Three days before departure, it drafts a checklist from that sheet. After the trip date, it drafts a short welcome-back note. A person approves each message before it is sent on WhatsApp. SI does not buy travel, change a booking, or send the note on its own.

• Small travel agency

  A family trip leaves Friday. On Tuesday, SI drafts a checklist from the trip sheet. The agent sends it on WhatsApp after a read.

• Independent advisor

  The return date has passed. SI drafts a welcome-back note. The advisor sends it.

  The sheet is missing a hotel name. SI flags that line and still drafts the rest. The planner fills the gap before sending.
