Fulfillment SLA watch for orders still waiting to ship
SI lists paid orders that are close to your ship-by time, or the marketplace's, and are not yet fulfilled, so someone can pick, pack, or message the customer.
The problem
Orders sit in unfulfilled until a marketplace late-shipment warning or a customer complaint. Watching stalled tracking helps after a label exists. It does not watch the clock before the first scan.
What SI does
SI reads paid, unfulfilled orders and the ship-by or promised date you use (store SLA, marketplace ship-by, or a number of hours after payment). It lists orders in buckets: on track, due today, overdue, and missing a shipping method or address. It can draft a packing note or a delay note from your templates. It does not buy labels or mark orders fulfilled.

Eight paid orders are unfulfilled at 30 hours, and two are overdue. The list is grouped by due time.

- Multi-channel seller
Marketplace orders and store orders sit in one list, tagged by channel, so the warehouse works the tightest clock first.
What it takes to set up
Order export or read access, your SLA rules, and any marketplace ship-by field you keep. Setup is often a few days.
What a human still checks
- A person decides the pick order and any customer message.
- SI does not purchase postage or mark orders fulfilled.
- Hold, fraud-review, and preorder orders are excluded if you tag them.
