The problem

Party requests sit in email and texts while date, headcount, and menu notes are spread across messages. A quote then goes out late, or it goes out with a missing fact the owner has to fix.

What SI does

SI reads the request and pulls the date, headcount, menu notes, and any deposit rule you already use. It drafts a quote from your rate sheet and flags facts that are still missing so the owner can fill them in. It does not send the quote, take a deposit, or invent a new price.
