Finding work that was done but never invoiced
SI compares completed jobs, time entries or deliveries against invoices sent and lists anything that was never billed.
The problem
Small jobs, extra hours and change orders get done and then forgotten at billing time. Nobody notices the gap because nothing looks wrong.
What SI does
SI lines up the record of work done (closed job tickets, timesheets, delivery notes, change orders) against invoices issued. It lists items with no matching invoice, partial billing, or hours logged above what was billed, and prepares draft invoices or a list for the billing person.

What it takes to set up
Read access to the job, time or delivery system and to invoicing. Setup is often a few days, mostly agreeing on how to match records.
What a human still checks
- The owner or billing person confirms each item before any invoice is drafted or sent.
- Work done as a courtesy or under warranty is marked so it is not flagged again.
- Customer-facing invoices are approved before sending.
