Speed-to-lead replies for new inquiries

When a new inquiry arrives, SI drafts a specific first reply right away and leaves it for a person to send.

The problem

New inquiries sit for hours while the day gets busy, and the person calls the next business. Turning an inquiry into a CRM record keeps the lead. It does not answer them.

What SI does

SI watches the form, inbox, or voicemail notes you point it at. For a new inquiry it pulls out what they asked, the contact, and any date or address, then drafts a short first reply in your voice: that you got it, the next step, and one question you still need. It does not invent availability, prices, or promises. After-hours inquiries are queued for the morning with the draft ready. A person sends it.

Examples

The same job looks different in different businesses. These are illustrations, not client results.

  • Contractor

A form asks for a fence estimate with the city and a photo. SI drafts a reply that confirms the city is in the service area and asks for the missing gate width, for the owner to send.

  • Tutor

An evening email asks about algebra help. A draft is waiting in the morning with the subjects you listed and a request for the student's grade, and no claim that a specific hour is open.

  • Clinic

A new-patient form arrives at lunch. SI drafts a reply with what to bring to a first visit from your intake notes, and leaves insurance questions for the front desk.

What it takes to set up

The place inquiries arrive, a few replies you liked, and the facts the draft is allowed to use (hours, service area, what you need from them). A rule for what must go to a person with no draft, such as an emergency or a complaint. Setup is often a few days.

What a human still checks

  • A person sends every first reply.
  • SI does not quote a price or a time that is not in the material you gave it.
  • Emergencies and complaints are flagged for a person instead of getting a routine draft.

Try it yourself

Paste this into your SI tool of choice and swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.

Copy-ready prompt
Watch new inquiries in [inbox or form]. For each one, pull out the ask, contact, and any date, address, or other detail. Draft a short first reply using only these facts and this tone [paste examples and allowed facts]. Do not invent prices, open times, or promises. Flag emergencies and complaints for me with no routine draft. Pause and show me before sending, submitting, posting, or changing anything.
