Filling routine forms from saved company details
SI fills vendor setup forms, applications, permits and questionnaires from a saved set of company details, and stops before anything is submitted.
Worth knowing: Tax and government forms: SI fills in information you have already verified; it does not decide tax classifications or legal answers. Confirm anything you are unsure of with your accountant or lawyer.
The problem
The same information (legal name, tax ID, insurance details, addresses, contacts) is typed into form after form. Errors creep in, and forms sit unfinished.
What SI does
SI keeps a profile of verified company details and documents (certificate of insurance, licenses, standard answers). For each new form, it fills what it can, lists fields it could not answer, and attaches the right documents. It stops before signing or submitting, and leaves the finished draft for review.
Examples
The same job looks different in different businesses. These are illustrations, not client results.
- Electrical contractor
A general contractor's subcontractor packet is filled with license numbers, insurance limits and safety program answers, with two questions left for the owner.
- Food producer
A grocery distributor's vendor setup form is completed and the food-safety certificate attached.
- Event planner
Venue permit applications for an outdoor event are pre-filled from the event details.
What it takes to set up
A verified company profile and document folder. Setup is often a day.
What a human still checks
- A person checks and submits every form.
- Sensitive identifiers are stored securely and shared only where required.
- SI never signs on anyone's behalf.
Try it yourself
Paste this into your SI tool of choice and swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.
Using my company profile [file] and documents [folder], fill out this form [file or link]. List any fields you could not complete and attach the matching documents. Do not sign or submit. Pause and show me before sending, submitting, posting or changing anything.
