The problem
The map listing shows last season's hours, a closed holiday as open, or services you no longer offer. Questions on the listing sit unanswered. Refreshing your website does not update the listing customers see in maps and search.
What SI does
SI compares the listing details you export or paste (hours, holiday hours, services, description, phone, website) with the source you treat as current. It lists what is stale and drafts the corrected text. It drafts answers to new questions from your FAQ or policy, and a short post from a real update you provide (a holiday closure, a new service). It does not publish anything.

What it takes to set up
A copy of the current listing details, the hours and services you want shown, and a few posts or answers you liked. Access stays with the person who manages the profile. Setup is often a day, then a repeating check.
