Chargeback and dispute evidence packets for you to file
When a payment is disputed, SI gathers the order, shipment, tracking, and messages you already have into one packet, and leaves the filing to you.
Worth knowing: This is not legal advice and does not promise a dispute will be decided in your favor. Processors and marketplaces set their own rules.
The problem
Chargebacks and marketplace disputes arrive with a short deadline. The evidence is spread across the store, the shipping tool, and the inbox. Someone spends an afternoon hunting screenshots, and the packet is incomplete or late.
What SI does
SI collects, from the sources you point at, the order, payment, shipping label, tracking, delivery scan if any, the product page or description as you saved it, and the customer messages. It builds a packet with a short timeline and a checklist of what the processor asked for. It flags missing pieces, such as no delivery scan or no copy of the policy shown at checkout. It does not file the dispute or write a legal argument.
Examples
The same job looks different in different businesses. These are illustrations, not client results.
- Shopify store
A card dispute packet includes the order, a delivered scan, and the two emails the customer sent before the chargeback.
- Marketplace seller
The listing, shipment, and buyer messages are collated. The note flags that the return window had already closed according to the order dates on file.
- Shop that sells kits
A claim timeline shows shipped, delivered, and a return request two weeks later. The owner decides whether to respond or refund.
What it takes to set up
The dispute notice, read access to orders, shipping, and the helpdesk or inbox, plus your posted policies. Setup is often a few days, then a repeatable packet per dispute.
What a human still checks
- A person files the dispute; SI never submits to the processor or marketplace.
- Missing evidence stays listed as missing; SI does not invent screenshots or dates.
- Refunds, partial credits, and accepting the dispute are owner decisions.
Try it yourself
Paste this into your SI tool of choice and swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.
For this dispute [notice], gather the order, payment, shipping label, tracking, delivery scan if present, saved product page, posted policy, and customer messages from [store, shipping tool, inbox]. Build a packet with a short timeline and a checklist of what the notice asked for. List anything missing. Do not invent dates or screenshots. Do not file. Pause and show me before sending, submitting, filing, posting, or changing anything.
