Got-these, still-need-these replies after client uploads
SI drafts. You approve.
A client drops files in the portal. SI (Super Intelligence, the new name for AI) checks them against the firm's list. It drafts a got-these, still-need-these note. Staff send it.

Office help for small CPA, tax, and bookkeeping firms. SI chases, organizes, and drafts. Professionals review, sign, and decide. No tax advice. No filings. Client data stays protected under your firm's security plan.
Worth knowing: This is office support only. A professional reviews the list; SI does not give tax advice.

SI drafts
- A client drops files in the portal. SI checks them against the firm's list. It drafts a got-these, still-need-these note. Staff send it.
Stays yours
- The CPA, EA, or preparer reviews and approves before anything goes to a client, agency, or third party.
- SI never sends, files, e-signs, or posts on its own.
- Unusual items go to a "needs professional review" queue.
- The firm decides what client data SI may see. Testing starts with sample or made-up information.
The problem
Clients upload a batch and think they are done. Staff open the folder later and find half the list. The next chase starts from scratch.
What SI does
SI compares the files just uploaded with the firm's checklist for that client. It drafts a short note: we got these items, we still need these items. Items are listed by name only. No account numbers, SSNs, or amounts. It tells the client to use the firm's portal. A person sends the note.

Examples
The same job looks different in different businesses. These are examples, not client results.
- Small tax-preparation office
A client uploads W-2s and a 1099. The draft says those arrived and that the property-tax bill is still missing. Staff send it.
- Solo CPA
The note lists items by name only. It points the client back to the portal. No amounts appear.
- Two-partner bookkeeping firm
A month-end drop is missing two bank PDFs. The draft names those two files. A bookkeeper reviews it first.
What it takes to set up
GemmiSI sets this up on your own equipment and accounts; your data stays with you. Check each tool before it holds client information. Match it to the written information security plan. Confirm the agreements and any client consent needed for tax return information. Set access controls and multi-factor authentication. Limit SI to the minimum necessary. Start with sample or made-up information. Use the firm's checklist and a sample of what has been received. Permission is to draft, not to send. We sit with you, plan the steps, and teach you to run it. Setup is often a few days.
What a human still checks
- The CPA, EA, or preparer reviews and approves before anything goes to a client, agency, or third party.
- SI never sends, files, e-signs, or posts on its own.
- Unusual items go to a "needs professional review" queue.
- The firm decides what client data SI may see. Testing starts with sample or made-up information.
- Staff check the files before the note goes out. SI does not decide if a document is valid.
- Staff send or approve each note. The note lists items by name only.
Try it yourself
Paste this into your SI tool. Swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details. It asks SI to stop and show you before it does anything.
Compare these newly uploaded file names [paste] with this firm checklist [paste]. Draft a short note that lists what arrived and what is still missing. List items by name only; avoid account numbers, SSNs, or amounts. Tell clients to use the firm's secure portal rather than plain email. Do not tell a client what they owe, what to claim, or what is deductible. Do not send anything. Tax return information has special disclosure and use rules for preparers; check with your professional advisor before using any outside tool. Pause and show me before sending, filing, posting or changing anything. Use only the sample or made-up information I provide; do not include real client names, SSNs, account numbers or tax details.
